       Construction Substructure    

        

  • Distributed load < 50 kN/m2.

  • The module of substructure:                                                           

       1200 x 1200 mm (Inches 47‘‘x 47‘‘) (Spacing between pedestals) is 10 kN/m2.

  • Finished floor heights (FFH) range can be from 280 to 2500 mm (inches 11‘‘ – 99‘‘).

  • Floor panel size is 600x600 mm (inches 24‘‘x 24‘‘).

  • Plenty of free space underneath the floor for installing any necessary equipment

  • System stays 100% stable even if all of the panels are removed

  • System is mobile during the installation and application.

  • Equipment is mounted directly on the T E C H N I C A L   F L O O R S  system.

  • Under the existing floor system it is possible to install additional equipment. Our floor system is designed integrate your additional  equipment.  

  • Easy maintenance throughout the whole lifespan of the system.

  • It is possible to use a variety of different floor panels (Fibre reinforced  calcium sulphate panels, high density chipboard panels, air ventilation  panels, steel panels, glass panels)

  • Finishing of the Panels: Laminate, Elastic floor coverings (PVC, Linoleum,  Caoutchouc),   Parquet, Textile floor coverings, Natural and artificial  stone,specials coverings (stainless steel, cork, bulb plate), etc.

  • Fire protections. Building material class acc. to DIN EN 13501 T1 – A1.

  • It is possible to strengthen the loads to meet your certain demands.
